Paul J. Alampi
Paul J. Alampi is a Senior Tax Manager in the firm’s Individual and Business Tax practices. Paul has over 29 years of experience in personal tax planning and compliance matters affecting high net worth individuals and their families as well as business owners, C-suite executives, hedge fund managers, partnerships, S-corporations, trusts, and private foundations. He has also represented clients in federal and state tax controversy matters.
Prior to joining Untracht Early, Paul worked for two of the accounting industry’s most significant firms. He also helmed his own firm for 14 years where he advised a broad range of start-up businesses, entrepreneurs, and individuals on financial and tax-related matters. Throughout his career, he has assisted businesses of all sizes across a diverse range of industries, offering guidance on how to maximize tax advantages while minimizing tax consequences.
In addition, Paul is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also president and co-founder of a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to providing resources and improving services for children with autism and autism-related disorders in the West Essex, New Jersey community.
Paul earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Montclair State University. He is licensed as a CPA in New Jersey.
