Tracey B. Early
Tracey B. Early is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Untracht Early. Tracey is the leader of the firm's Family Office Services practice, as well as a lead in the Assurance Services and Outsourced Accounting & Business Support Services practices.
Under Tracey’s management, Untracht Early has grown from a firm of four to a firm of over 150 employees with offices in New Jersey, New York, and Florida.
In her role as practice leader, she provides high-touch, concierge-styled consulting services to high net worth individuals, their families, and their closely held businesses and has extensive experience serving clients in the financial services industry, as well.
In 2013, Tracey was recognized by Accounting Today as the “Hands-on Pioneer” winner and one of only ten Managing Partners, nationwide, to make it onto the 2013 MP Elite list. Criteria for consideration included: being a partner with a plan, being entrepreneurial and pioneering, valuing their people, valuing technology, and going beyond mere “managing” to true leadership. In 2012, Tracey was named as an honoree by Executive Women in New Jersey as part of its Salute to the Policy Makers and was also named to the Leading Women of New Jersey’s Top 25 List of 2012 New Jersey Leading Women Entrepreneurs. Most recently, she was honored as one of the Best 50 Women in Business by NJBIZ and recognized by Farleigh Dickinson University’s Rothman Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship as the 2017 Female Entrepreneur lecturer. In 2022, Tracey made ROI-NJ’s list of the Top Women in Business in the state, ranking first in the accounting profession.
Tracey currently serves as a member of the University of Miami's Department of Accounting Advisory Council which is responsible for assisting with both curriculum development and building the Department of Accounting, recognized nationally for its contributions to accounting research.
Additionally, Tracey is a passionate advocate for pancreatic cancer research and treatment and is an avid supporter of the national organization PanCAN. Through her mobilizing involvement in the annual PurpleStride New Jersey fundraising drive and event, she has remained the top fundraiser in the state.
Tracey received a Bachelor of Accountancy from George Washington University and is a licensed CPA in both New Jersey and Virginia.
