As a Manager in the firm’s Business Tax practice, Jason Warde is dedicated to providing both domestic and international tax compliance and consulting services to U.S. and foreign partnerships and corporations, private equity firms, hedge funds, and those operating in the real estate sector. He enjoys working collaboratively with his clients to gain a full understanding of their tax situations with the aim of personalizing the experience for each client and providing customized solutions.
Jason is also responsible for assisting with Untracht Early’s new hire training program and helps guide junior accountants on accounting skills instruction and professional development through the firm’s coaching program.
Prior to joining Untracht Early, Jason held positions at two Big Four firms. In his previous roles, he worked on a wide range of clients including both domestic and international global investment funds, Real Estate Investment Trusts, and high-net-worth individuals.
In addition to Jason's deep technical acumen in areas pertaining to these diverse types of clients, he has taught all levels of financial accounting as an accounting professor at Hudson County Community College since 2014. As an advisory board member for the college, he has been instrumental in helping to guide accounting curriculum development for students in the program. He also dedicates time to giving back to his community through his involvement with The Food Bank of South Jersey.
Jason completed both his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and his Masters of Science degree in Financial Accounting at Rutgers Business School. He was also a participant in the Executive Leadership Development program at Georgetown University's McDonough School of Business.
He is a member of both the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Association of Black Accountants. Jason is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in New York State.
