Untracht Early welcomes new Tax Director, Richard A. Cagnetta, to the firm. The 20+ years of experience Richard brings with him in tax planning, structuring, and compliance complements the sophisticated tax accounting and advisory services the firm is recognized for providing to its robust roster of hedge fund, private equity, and Registered Investment Advisory clients. Richard will take a leadership role within both the entity and individual tax practice areas of the firm to offer strategic planning and compliance services in the areas of partnership taxation, individual taxation, and taxation of financial products.
Untracht Early LLC Managing Principal, Tracey B. Early, has been named by NJBIZ as one of New Jersey’s 2014 Best 50 Women in Business, an award that honors New Jersey’s most dynamic women in business. To qualify, a nominee must meet a variety of criteria, including living or working in New Jersey and holding significant authority for decision making in her company.
Asia Washington joins Untracht Early as a Senior Accountant in the Tax Department. She previously worked at EY as a Senior Tax Accountant where she prepared corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns. Asia graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University where she received her Master’s in Accounting and Information Systems.
