David Untracht, Senior Principal and Co-founder of Untracht Early LLC, was a panelist in the Passthroughs/Asset Management Tax Issues program of the Wall Street Tax Association's 2011 Fall Tax Seminar. Discussion topics included carried interest, state tax issues and GP allocations.
Florham Park, New Jersey accounting firm Untracht Early LLC was named as one of the Top 200 Firms in the nation and the 6th largest firm headquartered in New Jersey by INSIDE Public Accounting (IPA). Untracht Early LLC was also ranked on IPA’s 2011 All-Star List of Fastest Growing Firms in the nation.

Dong Dong graduated, with honors, from Rutgers University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She has been the recipient of many scholarships including the 2010 PricewaterhouseCoopers Undergraduate Scholarship, the 2010 Lipkin Family Foundation Undergraduate Scholarship and the 2009 Scuorzo/Weber Academic Excellence Scholarship. She has been on the Dean’s List throughout her college career. Dong graduated with a 4.0 in her major.
Kyle Drost received his BS in Accounting from Ramapo College (with honors). He received the NJ STARS scholarship and has consistently been on the Dean’s List throughout his college career. He has completed internships, most recently, at Stryker Orthopaedics in Mahwah and Middlesex County College as an Internal Audit Intern. Kyle was appointed the Treasurer of his fraternity and participated in intramural sports. He was also a member of the Middlesex County College Golf Team.
Robert Faiges graduated, with honors, from Fairleigh Dickinson University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting where he received a Transfer Scholarship due to his academics at Rider University (where he spent a short time). Bobby has held positions at WeiserMazars as a Quality Control Assistant (proofing financial statements, reviewing audit files, etc.) and at Northrop Grumman as an Accounting Assistant. At FDU, Bobby was on the Varsity Basketball team and involved in the Accounting Society and Finance Club.
Matthew Marinaro joins us from The Richard Stockton College of New Jersey where he graduated with a degree in Accounting. He had been working at the Jersey Short Federal Credit Union since 2009 where he was responsible for AP, bank reconciliations and end-of-month reporting. On campus, he was the Becker Campus Representative for the 2009-2010 school year and acted as Treasurer for the Accounting and Finance Society.
Steven Walker graduated, with honors, from Montclair State with a degree in Accounting. He was the recipient of the Crowe Horwath LLC Outstanding Accounting Student Scholarship in 2010 and has worked throughout his college career at Best Buy where he was the employee of the month four times. He is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society and has made the Dean’s List each semester.
