Untracht Early LLC is also registered with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB), a private sector, nonprofit corporation created by the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. PCAOB oversees the auditors of companies to promote informative, fair and independent audit reports.
